YOUR inspirational stories of Entrepreneurialism, the American Dream and Business!

This forthcoming title is an anthology book of true stories and real inspiration… they are your stories as you raise your children in American Dream principles, and/or your own journey into entrepreneurialism – success OR failure.

Each book will have multiple sections, including parenting, child entrepreneurs, adult entrepreneurs, mentors, and any thing else that seems appropriate to the submissions. In other words, if you have a story, no matter who you are, what experience level you have, or how old you are… if you have a story that can benefit someone else, we want to see it!

Qualified stories share several things in common:

  • They are 100% true.

  • They are brief and to the point (minimum 500 words/maximum 1200 words).

  • They have a beginning, middle, and end.

  • The end has some punch, drawing forth emotion.

  • There is a point to the story; it has something to say, but it says it through demonstration, not sermonizing.

  • They are well written; engaging all the senses – paint with words!

  • The story should speak to the best in us – no profanity and no celebration of immorality.

Our promise to you:

  • We will do our best to acknowledge receipt as soon as possible. Please do not submit the same story more than once.

  • It takes a long time to gather enough for a book, so notification of acceptance may be long in coming.

  • Selected submissions will receive royalties, to be determined at the time of publication.

  • Prevail Press buys all rights to the stories.

  • We understand that you may have other outlets to sell your story, so if you sell it before we accept it, just let us know and we’ll withdraw it or maintain the submission if you have second printing rights.
